The intention for this wall is to provide an anonymous way for JTG members to flag barriers they perceive in pursuing OMFS, things that would put them off, or things that would entice them to continue, and to highlight any success stories where particular areas are supporting junior trainees well. A anonymous summary of these issues will be presented at the JTG annual general meeting.
A similar wall was produced prior to the 2022 conference.
The themes raised across both of these walls will be included anonymously in a formal report to BAOMS (JTG members will receive also receive a copy)
